Hi Khan, i honestly dont think there are any mirracle drugs legal or illegal that you can use. the best way to lose bodyfat is daily excersise. You may also want to look at restricting your calories. i.e. if you currently consume 2,500 per day then drop back some, and the fat will start to drop of. If you take a good look around the diet section on this forum then you can read more stuff and then get a better idea of whats to be done.

Khan, just eat clean and get plenty of exercise.

Personaly if i was you i would use the weight i have to build some muscle. Do some dumbell chest presses and some ab routines, PM me if you have difficuly finding some.

There is no point in having no fat on your body if you have no muscle either, you will just end up looking like skelator.

You are asking for trouble there!

There is'nt a substance on Earth that will 'speed up' what is required of you in the gym.So before someone else see's this thread and comes on to give you the flaming of your life, you need to get three basic principle's permanently engraved on your brain!

1)Maximum effort
2)Total patience
3)Unwavering commitment

You WILL NOT succeed without these rules.I assume you have just joined a gym or are about to.So you are on the first rung of the ladder. It's important to have a short term goal. You say you want to tone your abs and chest?Ok,good places to start. If you have exess fat on your stomach then that six pack that you crave is'nt going to be visible. We all have abdominal muscle's,it's just a case of getting rid of the obstruction's so plenty of fat burning exercises are in order.Cross trainer, rowing, step machine, treadmill, cycling etc on an empty stomach at a duration exeeding 25 minute's.

Abdominal exercises: Bodybuilding.com - Exercise Guides Database.

Pectoralis exercises: Bodybuilding.com - Exercise Guides Database.

That will start you off.Don't neglect the other muscle group's in your body, train them too as they will all aid in burning fat and toning up.
Post up your diet.Let's take a look at what you eat on a typical day.
