| Join Date: Jan 2008 Location: UK Posts: 113 Rep Power: ![]() | has anyone personally used these and had good results? i heard arny used them for his biceps - if so i might start using them for mine i did them earlier for bicep curls and ive read all about them. i just wanted to know whether people think they are a good technique and will work? ______________________ Here to learn... |

There was a entire body transformation program built around this technique. ( can't remember the name of it at the moment ). OK. And i often ask for a spot incase i crumble! Great for bicept pumps. Henry Atkins, "multi-poundage system." Cellarat, i think. |
