Default Drop Sets

has anyone personally used these and had good results?
i heard arny used them for his biceps - if so i might start using them for mine
i did them earlier for bicep curls and ive read all about them.
i just wanted to know whether people think they are a good technique and will work?

Depends on wether your looking to gain size or strength...I've never used them myself but I believe as a bodybuilding exercise they are sound. There was a entire body transformation program built around this technique. ( can't remember the name of it at the moment ).

OK. I Remember it was Cybergenics

I use this method to give my legs and chest a good punishment, but only every couple of weeks or so depending on how aggresive i'm feeling. And i often ask for a spot incase i crumble!
Great for bicept pumps.
Henry Atkins, "multi-poundage system." Cellarat, i think.
