I find DRUM AND BASS is the most awesome shizem to listen to when working out, gets my pumped without lifting the weight

Yes to much of the above, and adding: Iggy Pop; the Cult; the Genitorturers; Tool; the Rammstein spin-off, Emigrate; Megaherz; and, appropriately, Rage Against the Machine.
