Default Tight Calves / Weak Right Glute

Evening,

After a couple of visits to the Chiro it turns out I've got a weakness in my right glute and my hammies and calves are tight.

Now I'm stretching the hammies and calves, and have been for a while, but it doesn't seem to be getting better. Anyone had any similar issues? How did you resolve it?

The glute I'm guessing will just get corrected with Squatting / SLDL...?

I was going to add more massage back in to my recovery.

Any thoughts?

Ta

Glutes not tight - hammies are though. I keep looking for a heavy rubber dog ball, but my local supermarket dont have em. Guess I'll have to goto the pet shop.

Right glute is weak - I think cos I broke my knee years ago its formed an 'analgesic gate' which is part of the cause of some of my body imbalances.

Still got loads of scar tissue in my mid back from my whip lash - thats gonna take alot of sessions to get out I think.

I was really painful when she was massaging the membrane between my shins and the side of my calves.

Oh well no pain, no gain huh?
