don't mean to be funny here but is that strong enought? it's just that the bars/tubes don't look that thick.

rated to 260kgs i think

ive been modifying mine-piccy in journal a few pages back-
hoping to convert it to oly size plates next lol
i`m up to 203 kg with it (x20 kinda)

i been asking at my gym to get a trap bar, they got all this fancy new equipment but all us grunts want in there is a few things yet they go and get all the techno equipment.

nothing more annoying then an olympic bar scraping your knob every time you shrug!

apologies for my terminology.....a " trap " bar then...........
crazycal could you not just put a couple of olympic adaptor sleeves on or is that not the done thing.....rated to 260kg is just fine as im a big sissy and wont be going heavier than that....thanks chaps.

Am i the only one here who thinks this is not really an good-for-value piece of equipment? Whats wrong with using the good old fashioned bar?
