Are you planning to take a break from training all together for a week or two, or will you try and squeeze in the odd workout over the holidays ? do you think it's more productive to use this opportunity to rest, or will you be one of the weirdo's training boxing day morning like me last year ? |

Will def be training up to and including Christmas eve and then resume on the 27th. Def a good excuse for a rest and I intend to let my hair down and get fully involved in the festivities! |

Unfortunately my gym is closed on christmas day/boxing day and new years. I mean not all of us are religous..... bah! |
