Default Morning Training

Im thinking of changing my training to am as im finding im having less and less time in evening to myself as ive just started a home study course, and work in the day is very busy and leaving me pretty drained at night.

Now i never have a problem with getting up at around 6.30ish no matter what time i go to bed, i always awake at around this time so traing in the morning would not be a problem.

The question: i'd be training on empty, do you think this could be a problem? would you advice on a whey protein and some carbs chucked in before training?

Do you think am training could be better as then you have all day to feed?

Isolate, BCAAs, Waxy Maize 20-30 mins before, and you're good to go. I don't think there's any significant difference in results either way to be honest.

I found I trained better in the evening, and wasn't able to train as effectively at 6.30am.

Couple of bits which helped were having the last meal of the previous day as solid food, and eating 45mins before am training and having a strong coffee too. I think I also used some 'natural' ECA stuff which focussed me a bit more.

Maybe eat more carbs before bed.

That natural ECA stuff made me hallucinate.
