| Banned Making Progress | sunday=incline bench, flat bench, few cable flies, tri's and bi's monday=off tuesday=back and shoulders, few on abs wednesday=off thursday=legs and abs friday=off saturday=off sunday=1 hr jog monday=1 hr jog tuesday=off wednesday=off thursday=1 hr jog friday=7 hour jog lol lol lol ,, 1 hr jog then back on to my weightlifting routine....i have decided to add lots of jogging cause i want to look like a lean machine,,as people now i dont want to be big and buff,(i mean big and fat like someone on here lol lol, more lean and toned |

I would look at reducing the jogging and increasing your weight training as ultimately this is what will give you that hardness. try a split as follows monday - chest and delts tuesday - back and traps wednesday - abs thursday - legs friday - arms sat/sun - rest You can do jogging on the weekend or on non leg days. This way you keep an element of work in the frame most of the week but not enough to overtrain. | Banned Making Progress | i was doing together but i might do 1 week weights and 1 week cardio...it will also give me a rest without using weights.i will only do this untill february,,,,i find it hard to have a rest out of the gym so i think this will help me from having a break from lifting. which i haven't had in 20 months,, |
