What are your reasons for wanting to do this?

Why do you not just concentrate on progressing in one group of exercises?

Fly's tend to be a shapping excersise mate and you have nothing there to shape, so therefore a wasted excersise. I mentioned this over 9 months ago on here that i could not understand why beginners do them as there will be nothing there to shape.

You want to stick with your inclines and bench press. However do whatever works for you and if you feel it's not working then change it.

what is a shaping exercise ? i agree, compound movements to form the basis of your workout, but flyes are an excellent if done correctly. flat bench and flyes every week built my chest.

i haven't always used gear. it worked well for me, with no juice.

however, be careful. the pec tear you can clearly see was acquired whilst doing heavy dumbbell flyes, not flat bench pressing which is usually the cause of a pec tear.

if your training with enough intensity it doesnt really matter what exercises yuor doing in my opinion.. unless your trying to target a specific area of a muscle group, the basics tend to hit the whole muscle/group so a generally used when overall size is what is wanted.

what shape will flyes give your chest???????? lol

if you feel something works.. keep doing it till you feel it doesnt, i do beileve in rotating exercises regularly... but a different session each week i think is a little too much..

mmm , ok different opinions there. Well if you look at any manual it will say that fly's are a shapping excersice. I think you will all agree that to grow we tend to stick to the mass building excersices like the flat bench and inclines.

Well lets just put it down to opinion i.e Dorian Yates did not beleive in flat bench as he beleived inclines hit the chest a lot better than flat and with flat benching he beleived the shoulders came into it a lot.

i also think some of us are so gifted genetically and basically any excersise will work infact just looking at a weight and they grow. Me i have to work my bollocks off and im quite sure fly's alone would not make my chest grow.
