My diet is getting better and better. Diet is the key to growth, training is second. Now i know in the past ive been a victim of poor diet, ok. But i can honestly say that my diet is now A1 and does just get better, im now always thinking of ways of putting together food that ill enjoy. I.e. Sainsbury's do some hot spicey chicken, i buy loads of this cook it in the oven for 10 minutes then sit there infront of the TV stripping the chicken off the bone and stripping the skin of the chicken, i then mix this with 2 sachets of Basmati rice. This serves around 3 good meals. If i feel ive not had enough protein then ill just knock a bit of whey back after, the main thing is im now getting 4 solid clean meals in a day with 2 MRP's and a postwork out shake. I can put my hand on my heart and say ive had a bang on diet for the last 2 months and training has been great and in this time ive added 1 1/2 stone to my frame. So basically ive got ready made food in the fridge waiting, where as before i'd have to cook and if i did not fancy cooking id go with the simple method, i.e. crap food. |

After that workout your body needs vital food and will need a constant flow of it for days to come as it's growing from that workout. |

Well i hardly squat and i never dead lift these days as im no longer hardcore, lol... However there is no disputing my current gains with solid diet and good training. Lets put it another way: Training great diet shit = no growth, think you may agree with that. Training shit diet great = growth, think you will agree with that. You see even if your training aint much good, you would of still done something to the muscles, and as long as your diet is good you will see some growth, where as if training is great and diet is poor you will see shrinkage as the body does not have enough nutrients required to feed it self so stays catabolic, hence shrinkage. Where as not to good training and good diet your body should remain anabolic. Where as good training shit diet your body will remain catabolic, hence shrinkage. | |
