What will pump the bicep Hey, I have been working out for about a year now, i have made some changes, I went from 155 to 165-170lb, I am 5'9, 23.
What I am trying to do is get my bicep bigger and cut some fat away from the stomach, I don't really want to do cardio and that, So if I eat right and workout hard and do ab work outs 2 times a week, will I get anywhere?
Reason I don't want cardio is cause I would lose my muscle mass and since I ONLY have 14.75 in arm I can't really lose any more then I would get be a were I was when I started.
Is 14.75in arm good for a year or atless 10 months of working them out? |
