I am in and out in 50 minutes, lift hard and heavy and am growing but I know I just cant keep this intensity up due to discomfort in the area I have said with some mild discomfort on shoulders in addition. I do intend to pose again in 2010 [Masters Natural] (if I can make it, I'll be 55 then) I eat plenty, do CV take far to many supplements but am clean this time, I would really really appreciate any general advice and scientific facts that prove beyond doubt that I am over training; I am truly addicted. Any suggestions guys? Please, I so desperately want to get it right this time. Weight 15 stone Height 5'9" Arms 16.5 R 17" L flexed (odd the left is bigger, I'm right handed.) Chest 48 Waist 33" Legs Getting there Mike |

| Illuminati | when youre not progressing theres a fair chance youre not overtraining... if your sleep appetite and enthusiasm are genuinely good you doing the right thing! personally at 40 i train 2 x a week and if youre natty would recommend you do the same. but hey - each to his own. ______________________ einsteins mind was the key to all things...to understand more than to know. www.englishmuscle.co.uk www.extremenutrition.co.uk |

| Making Progress Join Date: Feb 2005 Location: Falkirk Posts: 366 Rep Power: ![]() | Hi Mate Im happy to hear ur loving ur training, the way it should be, I personally train 7 days per week working on one bodypart then 30mins of cardio after, I feel like u do about my training and can handle this type of volume because my day job is not physically taxing i can remain lean and train over 7days. If i was u i would use a few joint supplements like glucosamine and chondroitin also omega fats etc to at least miimise incident of injury. I would also refrain from 1rep maxes. Train to good form with lighter weight and injury will be avoided, all the best and good luck R ______________________ Placing 2nd is like placing last, Juice to win!!! |
