| Join Date: Sep 2007 Posts: 2 Rep Power: ![]() | Im currentyl started a bit of body building but im into football and stil want to retain my muscle mass my mate sent me this article Improve your 100m Sprint time and he told me that if i do training regime ill be able to put on muscle and increase my sprint speed Is that possible becuase i thought that cardio = muscle loss |

Yes it may work - it relies on common sense (good nutrition, not over training) but the author has dressed it up as something special with mention of Type II fibres and ATP IMO... |
