Default Small discs

I was wondering what the smallest discs are that you lot use.

The smallest I have access to are 1.25 Kg discs, but I am looking for smaller ones to allow me to add to smallest of increments when needed, and I get strange looks when bicep curling with conkers hanging on string from the bar.

Steve.

I've seen 0.5kg discs before... Well one disc... Never did see the match to the pair...

I think Cal has some smaller ones - he basically chopped them down from a bigger one with an angle grinder.

Either that or that was his suggestion to someone once... I forget...

Yep, smaller ones for the end of training cycle on deads and squats and also for bicep curl increments. Would it be possible for me to buy them online? I recon postage and packaging may cost me a few bob.

I'm not messing about with angle grinders, I can only imagine the end result.
