you'll get a million posts saying squats here. I don't really agree as spot growth is possible. Are you putting on size elsewhere?

doing less sets was the best boost i gave my arms, i do 6 sets now instead of 9 and they have definitely improved

Try something random like buddy curls - they might shock your body into a bit of growth.

(Buddy Curls are heavy negatives - you get assistance lifting the weight but you need to return to the starting point on your own)

yeah lower sets worked for me too. The biggest thing to do is make sure your form is 100% perfect. I read somewhere a long time ago that you need to squeeze your biceps when the weight gets to the top. Ie try and tense them. Its fooking painful btu its worked miracles for me

Ahh thinking about it Mr FatGuyHat - is your form good generally? If you are using your back your Bi's wont be getting the results you want...

intersting point about the squats. Is it true your body wont grow out of propertion? Meaning will your arms stop growing at some point if you don't work your legs.
While i'm asking off the wall question how many pounds in a stone?

14lbs in a stone mate.

Re: Growth out of proportion - it all depends on genetics, training and supplements (i.e. if you are on AAS...) - I know some lads who have large arms (i.e. 18inch) but skinny sparrow legs...

I know some people who don't really train legs but IMHO that will generally limit their ability to grow.

I try and make sure I hit all muscles as I want a rounded athletic look.

If you do excercises such as seated preacher curls and incline hammer curls, concentration curls then its quite difficult to cheat.

More important to be getting the reps out on biceps i find. But last set its ok to go 6-8 reps each arms. As you really wanna get that pump!
