(Buddy Curls are heavy negatives - you get assistance lifting the weight but you need to return to the starting point on your own) |

I read somewhere a long time ago that you need to squeeze your biceps when the weight gets to the top. Ie try and tense them. Its fooking painful btu its worked miracles for me |

Meaning will your arms stop growing at some point if you don't work your legs. While i'm asking off the wall question how many pounds in a stone? |

Re: Growth out of proportion - it all depends on genetics, training and supplements (i.e. if you are on AAS...) - I know some lads who have large arms (i.e. 18inch) but skinny sparrow legs... I know some people who don't really train legs but IMHO that will generally limit their ability to grow. I try and make sure I hit all muscles as I want a rounded athletic look. |

More important to be getting the reps out on biceps i find. But last set its ok to go 6-8 reps each arms. As you really wanna get that pump! |
