If so how do you get your energy at that time...? I did it today and while I was motivated and awake I felt as though I needed more energy to class the workout as 'intense' I know I'm on a sub-'maintenance' diet and so my energy levels won't be great, but it looks like I'll be working out at that time going forward so all help appreciated. |

BUT if you have digested the high carbs before bed it shouldnt need that refuel! you should still be able to exactly the same meals as training later in the day.. but you should structure them so that your energy/carb intake is geared toward being at its best for your training. ______________________ If your not a part of the greatest... you got to be the greatest yourself! I personally find that I need to eat te museli just before bed, any earlier and I can't get off to sleep. I was once told that it's not a good idea to eat just before bed but I figure that the museli combo is V.low fat so I can get away with it. Occasionally if I'm feelin very lethargic, I might indulge in a ECA stacker about 40 mins before training, they seem to work better on an empty stomach but are def only for occasional use. |
