Lightbulb six pack work

this is by far a very very lacking part of me and i struggle to work them hard

could do with sum ideas on any other pack workouts other then crunchs and twist crunches etc

im so pissed of they dont show for anything not even when they feel pumped ....

Its just ya bodyfat is still too high to see them!

GRRRR lol just dont wanna cut to much yet keep bulking but i just can see anything under my flab lol
