I'm getting bored of using alot of fancy machines, Is doing just bench, deads, squats, chins and dips ok, Will this work everything, I need someone to help me put a good routine in for MON, WEDS AND FRI. Would like to hear from people who know me,,,cheers Last edited by Hammers; 21-08-2007 at 07:45 AM. Reason: typed something new in |

| Making Progress | Oi cal. Lol. How about a push/pull/ legs routine mate? In a 5x 5 format. Pretty standard kinda workout and 5x5 is kinda a hybrid rep range for syrength/size IMO. How about. Monday Squats Lunges Hamstring curls calf raise (optional) wednesday Bench press incline d/b press standing overhead press lat reaise (optional) Friday Deadlifts Wide grip chins Bent over rows Shrugs (optional) You could also add in some bi and tri's work but i personally wouldnt bother Just an example bro, there are many ways to skin a cat. Thats just my opinion on a routine that could be productive, but as they say . (see siggy) ______________________ Opinions are like as*holes.......Everybody has one |

| Illuminati | personally i`d drop ham curls, lat raises, bench press and bentover rows. i would add dips to substitute for bench press. but then i havent ever trained productively on a 3 day split or tried it since ive made progress so i`m not sure how much volume i/you can recover from... ______________________ einsteins mind was the key to all things...to understand more than to know. www.englishmuscle.co.uk www.extremenutrition.co.uk |

The reason i opted for a two day spilt was because I dont have the time to train like that now. ______________________ http://WWW.HulahoopsAreAQualityCompleteProteinSource.Com |

| Making Progress | Yeah sure you can substitute a few lifts. Swapping dips for one of the press's in cool. I highly rate dips. As i say many ways to skin a cat. You gotta find a frequency/volume/intensity that works for YOU! ______________________ Opinions are like as*holes.......Everybody has one |
