Thumbs up give me a good routine

Really i would like a few good routines for me to do which would last me 3x week in my gym. I'm getting bored of using alot of fancy machines, Is doing just bench, deads, squats, chins and dips ok, Will this work everything, I need someone to help me put a good routine in for MON, WEDS AND FRI. Would like to hear from people who know me,,,cheers

Oi cal. Lol.

How about a push/pull/ legs routine mate? In a 5x 5 format. Pretty standard kinda workout and 5x5 is kinda a hybrid rep range for syrength/size IMO.

How about.

Monday

Squats
Lunges
Hamstring curls
calf raise (optional)

wednesday

Bench press
incline d/b press
standing overhead press
lat reaise (optional)

Friday

Deadlifts
Wide grip chins
Bent over rows
Shrugs (optional)

You could also add in some bi and tri's work but i personally wouldnt bother

Just an example bro, there are many ways to skin a cat.

Thats just my opinion on a routine that could be productive, but as they say . (see siggy)

personally i`d drop ham curls, lat raises, bench press and bentover rows.
i would add dips to substitute for bench press.
but then i havent ever trained productively on a 3 day split or tried it since ive made progress so i`m not sure how much volume i/you can recover from...

I actually had my best results on a similar three day split such as that. The reason i opted for a two day spilt was because I dont have the time to train like that now.

Yeah sure you can substitute a few lifts.

Swapping dips for one of the press's in cool. I highly rate dips.

As i say many ways to skin a cat. You gotta find a frequency/volume/intensity that works for YOU!
