Default Elbow Pains

The last couple of weeks whilst performing my arm workouts i have started to get a intense pain in my right arm from my wrist forearm and elbow.
I find I only get these pains when I do barbell curls.
I dont have any problems with dumbbells or cables at all.
The pain is quite extreme and it is seriously effecting my arm workouts.
Any Suggestions? Thanks

I used to get these pains when I started working out, it was because I wasnt lifting correctly, too much weight and too many sets. Stop doing the barbel curls for a while and make sure you dont over do it when you start again. Failing that see a physiotherapist.

How wide is your grip on the barbell?

As Hula says drop it for a while, but odds are your putting too much strain on the wrist and elbox flexors through bad form (its easily done...)
