| Under Construction Join Date: Aug 2006 Posts: 14 Rep Power: ![]() | Hey, I'm just about done with the full body routine now and am looking at doing the same muscle groups each day. I 'm looking at somethong like the one below: Day 1: Chest. biceps Day 2: Rest Day 3: Legs and shoulders Day 4: Rest Day 5: Back, triceps Day 6: Rest Day 7: Rest What do you guys think are the best exercises for each muslce group? Obviously i want to keep the squats, deads etc. I was thinking of doing 3 different exercises per muscle group but that means a total of 6 exercises per training day (2 muscle groups) so i rekon 2 exercises per muscle group will do for now. I just need to know those good muscle and mass gaining exercises. Thanks in advance! andy |

| Making Progress | Some good mass/ muscle building exercise for those groups are Chest:- flat bench, incline d/b press, dips Biceps :- Standing barbell curls , incline d/b curls, preacher curls etc Legs :- squats, front squats, lunges // Stiff leg deads, hamstring curls Shoulders :- Militarty press, upright rows, shrugs, (possible lat raises) Back :- deadlifts , wide grip chins, some kinda row (bent over rows, cable rows etc) Triceps :- Close grip press, dips, skull crushers Just a few ideas for you mate, there are so many !! ______________________ Opinions are like as*holes.......Everybody has one |
