But I've been trying to workout whats happening... He's not going all out is he Neil? But he is hitting his legs from every possible angle, but without going super heavy - high volume, high reps? |

So i'd say pretty good to say he's not trained legs for nearly 6 weeks. Anyone think they could do that after a month off legs?? ______________________ APPLIED KNOWLEDGE, IS POWER!!! No ones saying he's not training hard (barring the sarky comment from TD3 - and come on BodyWorks, you are the Prince of Sarcasm on MC... You should be able to spot it...) - but he's isn't training as heavy as I would have expected. Couple of days since I watched the vid, but he's squatting circa 180kg? I would expect a man of Jay's size and strength would rock on squats. But he is doing a large amount of exercises for his legs, hence the comment on hitting them from every angle. |
