Sorry bud but a bit of a contradiction there!!

You wanna put weight on, but you dont wanna bulk ??

I think i know what your saying tho, getting lean and ripped is all about diet and cardio mate. 70% diet and 30% cardio. So you gotta make sure you have a good diet sorted and suitable to your needs.

I would say train with weights 3 times a week using mainly compound exercise, each session being no more than 45 mins after warmup. Keep them short but intense.

Cardio, i would say 3 times a week on an empty stomach at 60 to 70% of your Maximum heart rate. For 30/45 mins each session

But remeber mate, its all about diet. Why not post up your current diet in the right section and we can all help you from there. Include how much you weigh also and your approx bodyfat percentage if poss, or a photo.

Hope this helps a little

Yep diet does need some work mate.

Doing ab work is all well and fine, (but IMO twice a week in enough) , but it dont matter how often you train your abs unless you have a low bodyfat you will never see them. Its all about diet and cardio mate.

Sorry mate _ i just posted a rsponse in your other thread, asking some of the questions you've answered here.

To put it bluntly, for the amount of training you're doing, you're not eating enough to keep a sparrow going. And the pills you're running are going to be of very little benefit unless you up your calorie intake bigtime.

Have a search around on the site - there are a number of mass gaining diet threads which you could adapt to suit your taste
