| Illuminati | one thing that occurs bud- i bet its not cos youre not putting enuff effort in! if youre tired all the time i`m guessing you need to rest more. i have been in a similar situation to you from what your saying. i now follow a low volume routine with the focus being on nothing but poundage progression concentrating mainly on squat/deadlift type movements every third day. for example A squats bench press dips calve raises B deads military press chins bicep curls if youre gaining weight around youre waist eat less. bulking in my etremely humble opinion is a much abused word for nattys. pm me if you`d like a free copy of beyond brawn aka my bible ______________________ einsteins mind was the key to all things...to understand more than to know. www.englishmuscle.co.uk www.extremenutrition.co.uk |

I only suggest this as my good mate had similar symptoms and found after a visit to his GP that he had an underactive thyroid gland. He now takes a pill a day and is as right-as-rain. If you've been following the diet and training regime with dedication than some progress should be evident. |
