| Illuminati | imo you should stop trying to look for intriguing routines that shock and hit the muscle from all the angles. keep it basic and add poundage to the bar- that`ll shock ya chest into growing- if ya cant add poundage back off the volume of youre entire routine till you can. i do no more than 5 sets max per exercise. ______________________ einsteins mind was the key to all things...to understand more than to know. www.englishmuscle.co.uk www.extremenutrition.co.uk |

Maybe every 6 to 8 weeks change the way you work out so that your muscle doesn't become accustomed to doing the same thing all the time. Upping the poundage will do it, like call said. Maybe sometimes switch between barbell presses to dumbell presses etc. I alter my work out in such a fasion regulary to achieve the shock such an alteration acheives. ______________________ http://WWW.HulahoopsAreAQualityCompleteProteinSource.Com |

My training consists of 2 styles. basic weights max 9 sets per body part, then after a while ill do drop sets at the end. i.e drop sets at the end of bench press, then drop sets at the end of inclines and then drop sets at the end of fly's. This works for me, not saying it will work for you however it does let you train with great intensity. |
