Question Which WSFSB version should I do? Or - when should I vary them?

As you may well know - there are several versions of the Westside for Skinny Bastards program.

One is the athlete specialized version:

DeFranco's Training - Articles

and another is the original:

DeFranco's Training - Westside for Skinny Bastards A modified lifting program for "Hardgainers"

Yet as it stands, until the summer - I only have time to do the original, yet i'm meant to be training for the next rugby season (which starts in September).

So shall I simply do the original until summer and then start the other version?

Cheers.

I dont know about anyone else but that looks like an awful lot of exercises in your are natty - it could be bordering on 'overtraining' IMHO...

The success stories aint that great IMHO... He's dealing with 18yr olds and the progress is over 4 months or so... Average gain of about 14lbs by looking at it...

I've gained about 11lbs in under 2 months - eating right and working out hard. But thats just me - oh and I'm a 6ft 6in Ecto who struggles to pack weight on.

Everyone is different.

Possibly not the answer you are looking for but what are you trying to acheive? Size? Strength? Speed?

Post your requirements up and people should be able to help.
