Default Sore shoulders

Guys, Needing a little help.

When im doing bench, fly's (flat or machine) or shoulder press the front/top of my shoulders start to get sore to the point i have to stop.

I have looked at a book and we are talking about the 'anterior deltiod' muscle or maybe it's more into the joint. After 10/15 mins or so the soreness dies down then i can start again.

Anyone else get this problem or can they recommend a supplement?

Rest it mate...

I had a twinge in my rotator cuff - didnt train it for a week, then trained really light and then left it for another week. Now its fine and dandy.

However that meant mainly leg work in that peroid...

Also try alternating heat packs and frozen peas and on daily basis, and maybe some ibuprofen if its bad.

But rest is best.

Hope that helps - someone with more experience may be able to assist further

try a different position i.e. will the seat go lower or higher. i always use dumbells as then i can get a full motion and feel it all on my chest.. if your using a machine then u got to get your position right.
