| Making Progress | i tried to deadlift 130kg, i managed 2 reps....i think that is good considering i am 65kg,,,so thats double me,,,well pleased, ______________________ BENCH PRESS 100KG 1 X 1 DEADS 140KG 1 X 1 SQUATS 140KG 1 X 1 5'6 75KG AND STILL GROWING |

| Making Progress | i thought my vains were gonna pop out when i lifted it. Im skinny but somehow im strong,,When i work out i always try and lift the heaviest i can, I dont see the point in lifting light weights if you can manage to lift heavy,, ______________________ BENCH PRESS 100KG 1 X 1 DEADS 140KG 1 X 1 SQUATS 140KG 1 X 1 5'6 75KG AND STILL GROWING |
