Talking my progress

i tried to deadlift 130kg, i managed 2 reps....i think that is good considering i am 65kg,,,so thats double me,,,well pleased,

i thought my vains were gonna pop out when i lifted it. Im skinny but somehow im strong,,When i work out i always try and lift the heaviest i can, I dont see the point in lifting light weights if you can manage to lift heavy,,
