Default Flat Bench,decline And Inclines

How does everybody work on these, I wasn't really doing much declines, manly flat and inclines,,I'm gonna do declines and flat bench for 1 month then gonna switch back to flat bench and incline for 1 month, every month keep changing, Shouldn't do incline and decline together?? Is that true

in my opinion there's nothing wrong with doing all 3 in 1 session, just so long as you're not overtraining.
some people may disagree with this, but i reckon its best hitting the muscle from all angles.

Try it and see how you feel - your body will let you know if its working or not - as Archtekt says, as long as your not over training.

You may find it better to split them across 2 days. You may find it better to switch to inclines and declines for the month and then back to flat bench.

I think its Rianabol that swears by Incline Bench

Let us know how you get on

I normally do all three in one session because as architekt says, I believe its important to hit all areas of the pecs.

Howver, i think it is fine to concentrate on specific areas of the chest, if certain areas are lagging behind. I've concentrated on incline work for the last few months - to bring up my upper pecs, and dont feel the other areas have been neglected

Just do an honest appraisal of your pecs mate - and decide where the focus needs to be

whatever really, i dont have a set routine - to some it may sound like a lazy approach, but its actually far from that

to progress best i think you've gotta try out everything you can, then get everything that works for you an put it into a training cycle - i feel this should be somewhat at random, just have a set list of exercises an techniques, add stuff in, take stuff away, change up the order, rep schemes, number of sets etc just keep the main compound movements in 90% of the time
