| Legend Join Date: Aug 2006 Location: Staffordshire Posts: 866 Rep Power: ![]() | You could have tennis elbow mate, it will not go away with out treatment, take ur left arm and feel your right elbow and between the two knuckles/bones you should feel a soft ridge, u need to massage this bit for 15 mins twice daily and really dig into it. Also heat pack will help.. ______________________ Back on the mend, after 2 mths off with injuries im starting back beginning of May. Ill need an operation later on in the year though.... |
