Default tendentious

I’ve been training for around four years now but recently an injury has prevented me from training my legs. I was referred to my physiotherapist and he diagnosed me with having tendentious in my knees.

It’s been several months now after seeing my physiotherapist and I’ve followed the exercises that he’s suggested for legs and to be honest instead of getting better I feel like the tendentious is getting worse.

Has anyone ever experienced a similar problem?
If you have could you give me some advice?

Default Re: tendentious

yes, in my arms though - it can be a painful an lengthy kinda thing, dont think some people realise the extent in some cases

the only real way is lots of rest, an very light training - what i would do in this case is bodyweight squats, nothing more than that, an lots of them, but nowhere close to failure >i would always do sets of 50/50 supersets of curls an extensions for my arms, an it was months later, but the pain did eventually stop completely an everythings fine now
