I was referred to my physiotherapist and he diagnosed me with having tendentious in my knees. It’s been several months now after seeing my physiotherapist and I’ve followed the exercises that he’s suggested for legs and to be honest instead of getting better I feel like the tendentious is getting worse. Has anyone ever experienced a similar problem? If you have could you give me some advice? |
