Default bulking

just out of interest...would anyone say there is any major difference between the bulking a beginner would do to gain initial muscle...and the bulking a more experienced person would do...training and diet wise i mean ? or is it essentially the same in theory.

I depends, obv the more experienced person might be bigger so needs more food but i think the main thing is once your already of decent size and have been cut before that type of person tries to bulk cleaner where as the beginner should not worry to much about eating abit of bad food just make sure they get enough good food im em.

I think the main reason for begginers not seeing results is down to being scared to eat too much and get fat

Hi mate!

I think the more seasoned lifter usually has more experience and thus a better understanding of his or her body about the nutritional requirements they require. It is however a fine art, to perfect ones diet with minimal fat gain.
