it's true! Also contain quite a bit of fat. But only so many ways you can eat oats, and this is by far the tastiest in my opinion. Not looking to compete or the like, so not ultra-strict on the diet....they're not THAT bad (are they?)

Wrestlers like Angle & Benoit are far from natural, those guys have been using roids and HGH for a long time...However your supposed to be guilable enough to beleive what they have acheived is down to good genetics...
