| Under Construction Join Date: Oct 2004 Posts: 78 Rep Power: ![]() | do people reckon there's any benefit in taking a complete training break? - let's say a week off maybe every 3 or 4 months? I'm feeling a bit worn out not having stopped since before Xmas and I'm training hard to keep gains for the next 4-6 weeks but after that I reckon I'll have a week's rest, maybe just light cardio. |

| Under Construction Join Date: Oct 2004 Posts: 78 Rep Power: ![]() | 'hulahoops a complete source of protein' i love it, especially if it was true. up till a couple of weeks ago, i would have several smoking materials to - ahem - 'help my bulking diet' and boy did it work. not quite hula hoops but several bags of similar combined for good nutrition practice with several bars of caramel, dime, mars, snickers.. you get the idea hey ho happy days seriously though thanks for the input |
