| Join Date: Jan 2007 Posts: 11 Rep Power: ![]() | Hi guys Been training around 3 months..have seen a bit of improvment..nothing drastic but theres a slight improvement. I was wondering if you could help me with my routine.. what muscles to do on which days. I work out on mondays..tuesdays and thursdays. Any suggestions would be helpful Thanks |

| Banned Legend Join Date: Aug 2006 Location: Staffordshire Posts: 899 Rep Power: ![]() | I find the best weight session you can do is to tie a 150KG DB to your neck and chuck yourself in the canal. You will defo put weight on all be it water but you will grow. Good luck, hope this helps. |
