Default Routine Help Please

Hi guys

Been training around 3 months..have seen a bit of improvment..nothing drastic but theres a slight improvement.

I was wondering if you could help me with my routine.. what muscles to do on which days.

I work out on mondays..tuesdays and thursdays.

Any suggestions would be helpful

dont worry has been sorted..you guys take so long to answer not the most complex question it would seem...there are much better bodybuilding sites than this 1..bye

I find the best weight session you can do is to tie a 150KG DB to your neck and chuck yourself in the canal. You will defo put weight on all be it water but you will grow.
