| Making Progress | Im a bit worried about my deadlift form, I train alone in my garage at home so have nobody to check my form, so i did a little video of a warm up set and id appreciate your views on my form, i was gonna do a work set too as i feel thats when my form breaks down a bit more, but it started to spit with rain, typical !! What concerns me is im leaning forward too much and am not pushing throw my heels, but your see all in the video. I had to do it outside as the lighting in my garage is too shi*e. And no wish cracks please lol ______________________ Opinions are like as*holes.......Everybody has one |

I feel that wearing a belt has stopped me from getting injured, my back get's a lot of work from good morning's and stepping back with a lot of weight on the squat. Do what suit's you best and just enjoy it. Great video!!!! In the off season when I dont have a comp I may do some light sets without a belt. When I have a comp I tend to use one on the very first set. Its all up to you and how you feel. ______________________ 900kgs and rising.
