Default Need help with broadening up!

Hello all

Im Richard, im 20 and from Swadlincote, UK

I have been training for about a year now but need some help. I still look weedy and stick like. Does anyone here have any good split-rotuine workouts for boradening up a bit, i need to bulk my shoulders and lats i think!

Big heavy compound exercises build bodies.

Try this split. I've found it useful:

The pull exercises: deadlift then row or chin.

and

Squat then the press exercises: press then dip or bench press.

Add merest sprinkle of assistance exercises to taste.

Oh, and eat lots, sleep lots, use pre-during-and post-workout supplementation. The usual stuff.
