Default Pain

Over the last two weeks I have had a localised pain in my left pec when I move my arm behind me or and sometimes in other arm movements. It isnt that painfull, feels like cramp.

I have continued my chest work out and I experience absolutely no pain at all when doing this. There is no swelling or soreness.

Anybody had anything similar, or any ideas what it maybe?

Default Re: Pain

is the pain sort of in your armpit?
i had similar a couple of months. haven't a clue what it was!
mine, wasn't a bad pain as such...more of an irritation! didn't feel like it was muscular, but more on the skin, if you get me!?! could feel it constantly as i moved my arm back and forth (i.e. whilst walking), as my arm sorta rubbed against my lat/pec. had no problems in training though.
was very bizzarre!

was probably the wrong thing to do, but i just ignored it. afterall, it didn't hurt, or hold me back in my training. went away after a few weeks.

sorry, i know thats been absolutely no help whatsoever!...maybe the safe option is to just rest it for a bit.
