At the moment i train each muscle once a week whilst using gear. Can a steroid user train each muscle more? say twice a week. |

| Illuminati | i have pretty much been training legs evry workout for the last year(now back on them). natty or not. training once every 4 rth day.(rest of the body split in two and essentially trained once over an 8 day week) brutal,but if youre not overtraining a great way to grow all over ______________________ einsteins mind was the key to all things...to understand more than to know. www.englishmuscle.co.uk www.extremenutrition.co.uk |

BUT its not 2 full sessions.. just a very short intense stimulation at the end of another workout. i know people who train twice a day. but they have the luxury of a lie in in the morning and a nap in the afternoon and plenty of time to prepare all their meals etc. so rest and recuperation isnt a problem ______________________ If your not a part of the greatest... you got to be the greatest yourself! Do you mind saying what you train am and pm and what ur training week consists of. |

| Banned | I train each muscle once a week, When i first started to workout{ 10 months ago i was doing each muscles everyday,,hahaha, i thought the more you work on ur muscles the bigger they will grow,,, i was wrong,,,lol, the less you work on them the bigger they grow... |
