Default New Training Rountine, HELP!

Hi Guys, A few interesting questions. Ive just purchased my next stack. [GH, enth, prop, primo, winny] it all costs over a grand so very expensive.

Now I need to make sure I got my training routine nailed and im thinking of changing it to the following:

Mon – chest back tris
Tue – shoulders legs bi’s
Wed –DAY OFF
Thur – repeat from Mon
Fri – repeat from Tue
Sat & Sun – DAYS OFF

At the moment im doing one body part a day, im thinking with such a good stack can I train each muscle twice a week instead of once for maximum gains.

One last question I can train anytime of the day as I work for myself and have my own gym pictures below. Would I be better of training at around 12.40 as ill be able to get 4 meals in after, where as when I train at 5 I can only get 2 in before bed.

Many thanks for your help

maybe mate-
tho i do know about it afterwards from training legs everyworkout which equals 2x week training for them.

i`d try and do a routine which allowed you to squat or dead every workout and split the rest of the body so its only trained once a week still.

its them beast exercises that get ya growing

it's your call ali, but i personally don't think that 's a good training split to build mass. legs need a day to themselves, especially if you're training hard. training more often isn't necessarily more productive. increase the intensity not frequency, possibly up the volume to achieve this, although i'd be inclined not to do that either, just train harder, heavier. split the body into four groups, work each group once per week. simple.
as for the time you train, i'd say whichever suits you best. neither is more beneficial.

good luck

i agree with bodyworks. just cos you taking good gear dont mean you can train twice as often and still get enough recovery in mate! are you eating twice as much and sleeping twice as much to compensate???

id say look to up the intensity rather than the frequency of your training sessions. what the gear will allow you to do is train harder and more intensely so i would stick with that!

i was only going by alis suggestion of 2x a week training for the whole body.

and i was assuming most of you know i train with far less frequency than the rest of ya.
which no-ones going to change to
bodyworks would it still be so awful if you were trying to bring your(my lol)legs up-
ie specializing on them training them 2 a week?

id say 2 distinctively different sessions a week would be the way to go... maybe 1 regular session focussing on weight/power and one abbreviated session focussing on reps/pump

i think two hard and heavy sessions for legs is too much for anyone who doesnt fit into the category of "mini dorian" lol

Since the pics were taken a rack of bar bells have been added, squating is a bit of a problem but to be honnest i dont go heavy on legs, i go for high reps instead so bar is easy enough for me to get on my shoulders. Ive started deadlifting.

The gym is in the basement, the entire basement goes the full length and width of the house and is split into 1/3 for the gym and 2/3rds is my games room pool table, arcade machines, a bit of a cinama in there to for watching films. its got windows in there and it's own entrance so well equiped. Love training on my own as im easily distracted by others, hate crowded gyms.

I have actually decided to go with each bodypart once a week, just thought maybe some of the more experianced guy's may be doing each muscle twice a week. Just come to show, this forum works.

thanks as always guys.
