I finally tried to bench press 80kg,,only 3 reps tho...I think thats good for someone that is 10.5 stone. lol.
40kg,12 reps,{warm up}
60kg 10 reps
70kg 6 reps
80kg 3 reps

Does this sound ok,,,,

Not bad lifts mate

Just keep at it and add a small amount of weight each week!

Dont forget to work ya legs just as hard! Squats and deads are what puts the beef on!!

hey crazycal. Theres no way i can lift more than you mate,lol. i do my bench on a crappy smith machine
