Default Arnold dumbell presses

I never incorporate Arnold dumbell presses into my shoulder workout. When do you guys use these and for what reason? I have tried then in the past and they burn like buggery.

Sorry if i'm a bit confused, but if you've never incorporated them in your shoulder workouts how can you have tried them in the past??

I occassionally stick 'em in as a different pressing movement if I get bored of Straight dumbells or smith machine presses.
Just summat different.

I mean that I have given them a whirl once or twice in the past just to see what they are like, but I've never chucked them in freuquently or used them for a specific purpose.
