I just want to look fairly muscular as well as I can and so my question is this. A Do I need to bother with protein etc. when I do workout I do work until failure and train very hard. B I cannot run or do squats/deadlifts or leg extensions due to a spinal disc injury, can I train bodyparts twice a week or is that too much. C My shoulders seem to get really massive build up of lactic acid when training other bodyparts i.e chest arms, is this normal or is it just me? Craetine seems to help a bit though. Any info to any of the questions would be much appreciated. Good luck to all you guys and take care of your backs', you never know how frustrating it is to not be able to do certain exercises ever again because of an unjury. Ling |

| Illuminati | ive had a longstanding disc prob mate(possibly torn and am looking at new disc). i discovered the trap bar which allows a parallel grip-done as partial deads-basically changed my training progress no end! was reading about hip belt squats recently too(i cant squat either)but with the weight being in your pelvis it may be an option. yes mate get lots of protein in ya and eat clean and youll grow if youre not overtraining. i dunno if youve heard of a book called brawn( i could hardly train at all before i read it. ______________________ einsteins mind was the key to all things...to understand more than to know. www.englishmuscle.co.uk www.extremenutrition.co.uk |
