| Banned Making Progress | what do u guys think about my training routine,,been doing this for about 1 month.. mondays=chest,shoulders and abs tuesdays=biceps,triceps and abs wednesday=legs,back,,which includes squats and deadlifts and abs cardio=all of the days above,,,1 mile a day DO YOU THINK I SHOULD HAVE A DAY OFF IN BETWEEN, AND SHALL I MIX MY ROUTINE UPS,,,EXAMPLE..CHANGE WHAT MUSCLES IM WORKING ON AS YOU CAN SEE FROM MY RECENTS PICTURES,,{PHOTO PROFILES PAGE}I DO THINK ITS WORKING OK,,,,I'M VERY PLEASED WITH MY BACK,,,DIDN'T RELISE IT WAS A GOOD SIZE.....LOL |

| Under Construction Join Date: Aug 2005 Location: Kettering Posts: 74 Rep Power: ![]() | 10st I would change your routine slightly, i tend to pair, chest and tris, back and bis, shoulders and legs, this tends to work muscles seperately i.e. bi's and ti's not done on the same day thus meaning that each of these muscles are done on seperate days and can be fully worked. This si only my opinion and there are many more experienced guys on her it would also be useful to know the volume of training as this is probably more important, i.e. what exercises, sets and reps. ______________________ 37 years of being fat, thats enough the cut me starts now |
