| Under Construction Join Date: Aug 2005 Location: Kettering Posts: 74 Rep Power: ![]() | hi all Last week in my three day split I missed my back workout due to family commitments, this week should I start with my back workout thus changing my weekly routine around, or should I just accept it was missed and start this week with my normal chest routine.
