OK Barker now im assuming you have quite a good chest. Reason i ask mate is if you aint got no chest then whats the point of doing a shaping exercise, this is the case for most starters.

Dont waste energy on shaping exercises and just concentrate on the bulk ones instead and when you have built your bulk then shape the muscle into what you want.

I do 4 sets bench, and 3 sets fly's for chest

well ali - you could say why do flyes?
i usually pair bench with dips-
compounds only basically
