I am training at moderate to heavy weight trying for 6-8 reps on each set, my aim is to lose abit of fat but mainly to add some muscle, my cuirrent stats are 5ft 10ins and weigh 13st 5lbs with 32 inch waist. My diet is quite clean but working on that as well. Thanks for all your advice in advance Spencer ______________________ 37 years of being fat, thats enough the cut me starts now |

I don't believe your'e overtraining and as long as your intensity during your workout is good your'e not undertraining. Through some mild cardio in the mix and I would say you have a great chance of meeting your goals by May. Good Luck ______________________ Socrates believed that a man would make the right decision if he knew all aspects of the situation. I am in search for all of those aspects. |

For me I just think of a great big monster called CATABOLISM. I don't want to waste my effort so I refrain the best I can and that's all I can do. Keep me posted ______________________ Socrates believed that a man would make the right decision if he knew all aspects of the situation. I am in search for all of those aspects. |
