Dumbell incline flyes Set 1 2 3

Close grip bench press Set 1 2 3

Day 2
Deadlifts Set 1 2 3 4

Bent over barbell rows Set 1 2 3 4

One arm dumbell rows Set 1 2 3

Pull Overs Set 1 2 3

Barbell bicep curls Set 1 2 3

Pull down wide grip Set 1 2 3

Concentration curls Set 1 2 3

Day 3

Military press Set 1 2 3 4

Shrugs Set 1 2 3 4

Lateral raise Set 1 2 3

Upright row Set 1 2 3 4

Front raises Set 1 2 3

Leg extension Set 1 2 3 4

Lying leg curl Set 1 2 3 4

I am worried that I might be overtraining so would welcome your comments, on the other two days a week I do a five mile run and have weekends. I am training at moderate to heavy weight trying for 6-8 reps on each set, my aim is to lose abit of fat but mainly to add some muscle, my cuirrent stats are 5ft 10ins and weigh 13st 5lbs with 32 inch waist. My diet is quite clean but working on that as well.

Thanks for all your advice in advance

Spencer

Sounds great. I don't believe your'e overtraining and as long as your intensity during your workout is good your'e not undertraining.
Through some mild cardio in the mix and I would say you have a great chance of meeting your goals by May.

Good Luck

Thumbs up

I like my scotch and tequilla, but we all know it doesn't help. For me I just think of a great big monster called CATABOLISM. I don't want to waste my effort so I refrain the best I can and that's all I can do.
Keep me posted
