Not sure what you mean by isolation or compound....am a bit of a virgin when it comes to tech speak!! ______________________ You dont win friends with salad..... |

Isolation is where a single joint is involved i.e preacher curls, leg extension leg curls etc Compound is where a few joints (and therefore muscle groups) are used. i.e Squats, deadlift, Dips, Chins etc ______________________ APPLIED KNOWLEDGE, IS POWER!!!
