Pulled them doing heavy incline bench press all went well and good the day i was training. What i think i did was go to low with hammer strength machine and as i finished the set i didnt have any1 help me lower the machines arms and way over stretched me Pec's. I didnt get any bruising but did got some swelling and major tightness across my pecs which got me woried enough to go hospital as i had trouble breathing but hospital said thats due to the pecs going tight from injuring them. I tried last week to do VERY light chest, did flat bench with bar but even that i could feel how tight my pecs still are, and was doing few reps (5-7) and could feel this sensation in my left pec, like a huge twitch, grinding feeling. So stopped and did 1 plate aside (10lb) on cross overs to try get some blood in the pecs. I been totally clean for the 3 1/2 months as i was 2 days into course as injury happened. Would like to know if any1 has had anything simular and what they did or what u guys could recomend. I been going to sports massage and women said there alot more lose. So getting there, ive lost about 1/2 stone im not 15st but lost lot of size which is looking more like fat. Im not worried about getting fat as i can get back in shape within a month of normal training. thanks for any help ______________________ Stop chatting and lift the bloody weights!! |

| Illuminati | ney dude- why not concentrate on deads and squats for a while- my chest gets a great pump from deads alone. (rest that chest) ______________________ einsteins mind was the key to all things...to understand more than to know. www.englishmuscle.co.uk www.extremenutrition.co.uk |
