Default where to purchase a shrug bar

Just wondering who's purchased a shrug bar and for how much. I dont want to spend close to 200 - also dont have Olympic weights so would be looking to find one that fits stadard weights.

Any suggestions?

the first link (coluseum gym) were selling for 60!! (but Olympic weights needed) - I'm def gonna purchase it. Just a shame I'll have to pay almost 3 times as much.

As for Brawn. I first read a Stuart McRobert article in Flex many years ago. And based my training on that single article. Then flex did a special which was 15 of McRoberts Articles in a Flex special ed. Ive followed that ever since. Sure Ive made tweaks - but the "Big 5" are a BIG part of my training. A free copy would be nice - I take it you have the Brawn eBook.
