Default URGENT HELP NEEDED!!! New routine

Hey all, Not been on here for ages so nice to speak to you all again.

Basically im in need of some help in the gym..I need a new workout and diet plan.

I want to get as big as i possibly can for my holiday with my girlfriend to america next august.

Ive got to that point now where i dont seem to be putting anything extra on This is where you lot come in

To give you an idea of me... Im 20yr old, im 6ft 6 and weigh in at just short of 17st. Ive been training for just under two years aswell. For the past 7 months ive been doing H.I.T traing(Mike Mentzer) and its gave me fantastic gains.
But know its getting repetitive and not working no more. I also have a job where i dont get the chance to eat often so i can only manaqe to eat 3 or 4 times a day tops.
I try to fit as many protein shakes in as possible. I also train 2-3 times a week with a football match on thursdays. So MON,WED,FRI at the gym. My diet aint bad but a long way off been the best.

Please dont give me some stupidly impossible trainig regime to do or diet..sum people can eat 3 chickens and 4 tins of tuna a day, i cant.

All help would be much appreciated..Thanx for reading all this,i know its alot but i wanted to make sure you had a good idea of me.

Many thanks

Mark

Have you tried doing something other than HIT???
Maybe supersets

Monday :- Chest & Back
Wednesday :- Quads & hams
Friday : Shoulders then Bi & Tri

So monday you would pick 4 chest & 4 back exercises & go

Chest, Back, chest, back, chest, back, Chest, Back.

Three sets of each exercise will get you pumped to f**K!!
Follow the same kind of principle with quads & hams although maybe 3 quad & 2 Hamstring. i.e Leg ext & leg Curl; Leg Press & Stiff deadlift and finish off with lunges.
Friday do shoulders on their own first but do an isolation then a compund exercise back to back, finish with rear delts then do bi, tri, bi, tri, bi, tri.
Your arms will never have been as big & pumped. The exercise selection is entirely up to you but you could do this for a month & then go back to HIT.
Plus the supersets will help increase cardio-vascular efficency which will help you with you stamina on the football pitch.

With regards to the diet, just take a shaker to work with 3 or 4 meal replacement satchets and just try to be consistant in getting 2 a day into your diet ontop of the solid food meals. i've worked in offices where they won't let you eat at your desk but nearly everyone will let you have a drink at your desk.
Otherwise you may need a couple of "Toilet Breaks" that last just long enough to mix & drink a shake !!

Good luck

i dunno-
i dont think a routine suddenley becomes unproductive-
maybe it down to other factors-
working shifts,not sleeping enuff,stress etc
if you cant put weight on you need to eat more-
if youre overtraining this will curb your appetite too!
maybe a couple of weeks off might do the trick.

LOL are you still tempted by dbol dude?

heya guys

Ive gone ahead with the supersets but not really done much, So im going to break for Xmas i think then The following week after go on an all out blast for 6 months. What regime im going to stick to i dont know. I aint a clue bout the diet but ill think of summut i suppose. Just stick to the basics of Meats and tuna and loads of protein shakes.

Then a couple of fat strippers before i go away.

What you reckon?

IVE ALSO HEARD A FEW THINGS ABOUT FLAXSEED OIL

WHATS THE DEAL WITH THIS.

fUNNY ENOUGH MY GIRLFRIEND HAS SAID THAT IM LOOKING MUSCLEER SINCE IVE TAKEN A WEEK OR TWO BREAK THEN I DID BEFORE.

RECKON THIS IS DUE TO ME MESCLES HAVING ENOUGH TIME TO COMPLETLY HEAL PLUS STILL EATING THE RIGHT FOODS HAS HELPED.

gOING FOR AN ALMIGHTY SESSION TODAY TO RIP MY CHEST AND ARMS TP SHREDS, THEN IN AFEW DAYS DO MY SHOULDERS, BACK AND LEGS. THEN KEEP MIXING AND MATCHING, HAVE ABOUT 4 DAYS REST IN BETWEEN EACH SESSION, BUT KEEP THE PROTEIN LEVELS AS HIGH AS POSS.

WHAT YOU RECKON FOLKS
